Convenient for families. Terrace with dining area. Access to garden, with barbecue area. TV has Google Chrome. Short distance to both bus, tram and subway. Bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store and pizza restaurant nearby. The owner lives in the main part of the house himself and is helpful with questions, and also has a dog that loves people.

In the immediate vicinity you will find Storo Storsenter, extensive public transport, shops and eateries.

An urban area close to several of the city's many parks. 🌳🍃 High first floor, with balcony and garden that can be used all year round. The apartment has a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. In summer, the sun comes on the balcony at about 1:30 pm - 7:00 pm.🌤️🌙
