Tay is a very nice man! The place once inside is relaxing, peaceful, and clean.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

Communication with the owner could've been better, especially at check-in but all in all the apartment was very clean and private. We had everything we needed. The deck was spacious and relaxing, especially at night. I would recommend.

Loved everything about my first solo trip to NewYork. Varan was super accommodating and helpful after an unexpected issue on my arrival flight. The location was perfect, as I could easily jump on the local subway and head downtown for the days activities, and then escape the hussle and bussle of it all back uptown, where I had everything I needed. Loved my morning walks and jogs in Central Park just nearby. The unit was clean, secure and in a great location. My host was attentive and kind and I’ll definitely be back here when in New York next.

We had a great time in New City. The apartment is very close to NYC. The bus stop is just a 4 minute walk, and there are a bunch of great restaurants in the neighborhood. On our first night, we didn’t even go far, we stayed around and had dinner nearby. The place is clean and comfortable, and the instructions are clear. I would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed the room. Very quiet—slept great. Above all John is a really, really nice guy, happy to help, give suggestions, etc.

Unfortunately the host needed for time to clean the stay, but was more than happy to refund me if I could not wait. He was very accommodating. The place was very secure and comfy from what I saw.

The place is Beautiful and is very easy to get there if you are planning to visit NY. Perhaps the only issues were that there were only one towel and that the property don’t have el atoe, despiste that, I think is very good place to stay!

Great place if you want the upper west side. So close to Central Park. Outside patio is huge and was messy because some trash and boxes were left out there but still an amazing place for hosting people or just relaxing outside. A true luxury in the city. Beautiful bathroom and great little kitchen. Best studio for the money anywhere in the city.

This is a good place if you want to visit NY as the connectivity is good. The host gave us a clean apartment with all the mentioned amenities. The host was quite friendly and ensured that we are comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our children and the place was cozy and matched the pictures listed. Beware of parking we did get our car towed from inadvertently blocking a nearby driveway. Also there is a day care below but it was closed on the weekend so no noise concerns or anything. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area. Georgia was very responsive and answered all our questions.

Loved how accessible the train was to this location. Also loved that there was grocery store near by & ample food options. Cool shops too. Definitely would recommend for your NYC stay! Especially if you’re hanging in the Bronx.

check in was seamless, and the property was very clean and a good size for 4 adults. hosts very responsive. it was nice to have the option of getting a ferry from new jersey into new York and the restaurants and cafes in the area are much more affordable than nyc and equally as good! after long days out in nyc, it can take a while to get back to the property via bus in the evening, which was a bit tiring, but for the price we paid when compared to hotels in nyc, it was fair enough!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was extremely clean and well kept. It was in a beautiful area and restaurants were in walking distance, which was really nice. There was a local park nearby that we went to a lot. We were able to walk to the bus stop as well, there were a lot of places we could walk to, which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying at Victor‘s condo!

This was a last min stay and Joe was able to make the accommodations needed! Looking forward to booking again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Vernon, New Jersey, right by Mountain Creek. The one-bedroom space was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and inviting. The accommodations, including the pool and hot tubs, and sauna were fantastic and easily accessible. The host was very responsive to messages, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

While having a vibe similar to the overlook hotel from the Shining, the place was amazing. Beautiful views and felt super cozy. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!

Massimo was the absolute best and sweetest, honest, helpful, generous, considerate person I’ve ever worked with on here. His home was so beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. He even provided snacks, water, and mash mellows and graham crackers along with the sticks if we wanted to use the onsite bonfire. He thought of everything down to little candy in trays, chocolates , probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in. There was not 1 thing about this trip I could complain about. I bragged to my friends who came over how amazing he was even at responding when I got lost. I’ve recommended him to a few people already so I hope he gets an abundance of business. It was worth every penny. He is an exceptional host and person. I will make it back to stay again. If you’re looking for pure comfort and ease don’t waste a burger second and book ! His place is worth it. Thank you so much Massimo you made my birthday amazing!!!!

It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.
