Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bergrivier Municipality

Absolutely beautiful property; if anything the pictures cannot do justice to the panorama of the lake and surrounding hills. We were lucky with the weather and the place has everything that you need! Tim was also and hand to help out with the hot tub etc. Simply superb!

A beautifully renovated farm house that is ideal for 3 couples. The house has many entertainment areas (courtyard was our favourite) and has some unique decorative art pieces. There are lovely small touches like the water filter and bath soap that made the stay more memorable. The kitchen has everything and more than needed: hello 3 different types of coffee machines ☺️ We enjoyed our stay

We recently stayed here while attending a wedding in Tulbagh and had a wonderful experience. We shared the accommodation with two other couples, and it was absolutely perfect—each couple had their own spacious, beautifully decorated bedroom and private bathroom, which made the shared space feel both social and private. The courtyard garden and pool area were absolutely stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful, well-maintained greenery that made the whole place feel like a hidden oasis. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding, and there are a number of lovely restaurants and cafés within walking distance for breakfast and more. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stylish stay in Tulbagh!

The location was wonderful and being dog friendly was a huge bonus and the reason we chose Kathy’s house . Our only comment is that the bathrooms and kitchen need a bit of an upgrade ie in bedroom 2 the shelf is so high you can’t use it. I had to store my toiletries on the floor ( no small bench or vanity top). We are slightly biased as we own a kitchen and furniture design company so probably hard to please 😊 A few towel hooks outside would be great The hot tub was a winner and we absolutely loved it and used if each day.

This place magical and beyond what is seen in pictures! The attention to the very little details was amazing! Super peaceful place and highly recommended for anyone likes to get out of the city life and relax. The host was also super helpful and informed us of all that we needed to know before and during our stay . Thanks for giving us the opportunity to rent this place we’ll definitely come back whenever we’re back in South Africa

Beautiful spot! Perfect for our family weekend for Mother's Day. Wonderful that the dogs could join too! Stunning, spacious bedrooms and beautifully decorated - very cosy and peaceful.

Wonderful soul-renewal stay. Well designed home with perfect views from every angle. We enjoyed morning sunrise from the stoep and loved watching the surroundings evolve as the sun moves… most amazing colours. Switch off the lights and enjoy the stars from the hot-tub. Well equipped home and many extra surprises (thank you for the welcoming gift). Thank you Willem for the efficient and friendly communication. We’d love to be back!

Lovley accommodation, really was a treat to be able to take our dogs with for the first time. The host Chanel was amazing and was available to sort out any issues, she even came at night after a family crisis to sort out our internet, a very special soul. The only thing to add was that the showers could have had shower gel and some cleaning up detergents would have been helpful, but really no complaints!

Beautiful house right on the beach front. We saw dolphins every morning in the bay. We had an incredible stay. A BIG thank you to George and Maxwell for making our stay amazing, extremely helpful and always friendly.

A wonderful place for one or two families. On the water, with a wonderful view. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, comfortable and safe. The jacuzzi adds a lovely touch. We had a fabulous, peaceful stay and will highly recommend this beautiful space to anyone needing a quiet break on the West Coast. Ilone was a fantastic host and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was great. Thank you and see you again!

Ennerien's property was absolutely amazing, much more than I expected. The hot tub and pool were definitely an added bonus for us which we enjoyed. Our fur babies enjoyed running all around the property, safe and gated so no worries about them getting out. The home has everything you need for a lovely stay, anything you think of, they had it. I was so impressed and had such a relaxing holiday stay with my family.

An EPIC getaway! Like none other. Down to the finest detail. Luxurious, artistic, earthy, sensual, gorgeous! Such a unique creation in a stunning, peaceful and inspiring natural environment. You can feel the heart and vision that has gone into this project. We loved so much about this place, especially all the fireplaces and hot tubs and little corners to sit and savour the magnificent views (sunset and stargazing on the outdoor cargo net, anyone?). The fantasy room was a cheeky fun bonus to an already decadent situation. Wynand and Bernadine have thought of everything! They are also very generous with their time and gifts, and were super quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for this creative masterpiece, we are very happy to know about Skaam and would love to come back!

Excellent place. Beautiful view.

We stayed in the Wheat Cabin. The view was fantastic, the cabin well equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin is private and the best break away from the hustle and bustle. Lida and Kobus were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had no shortcomings, including complimentary wine and homemade bread.We will be back soon!

The place is absolutely beautiful!! The surroundings are breathtaking and peaceful. I’d definitely go back for another visit. Communication was seamless and efficient.

I stayed just one night in the African hut and it was a truly memorable experience. The setting is peaceful and grounding, with the added joy of ducks and chickens wandering by in the morning—such a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the complimentary massage was a real treat that added something special to my stay. The outdoor hot tub and the electric sauna in the little stilted hut were unique highlights—such fun features that added to the sense of adventure. Be sure to bring warm layers if you’re visiting in winter, and come with an open mind. This isn’t a polished hotel experience—it’s rustic, real, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, simplicity, and a touch of the unexpected, you’ll love it. A starry night sky and fresh farm air make it all the more magical.

Definitely in our top 3 Airbnb stays! Quality appliances, cutlery, glassware & bed linen; comfortable bed; adequate fire wood, lighters & fire starters; stunning setting; delicious dinner basket; excellent breakfast and functional hot tub. We loved everything and had the most relaxing stay!

Amazing farm stay. The cabin has picture windows from which you have expansive views stretching across the farmland and through which you can see all kinds of animals such as zebra, springbok etc. A great peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. Sandy was a great host and very communicative.

We had a lovely 2 nights stay at this beautiful river cabin. It rained for most of our stay, we stayed happily put, with our little fur babies relaxing and unwinding. We will definitely revisit this beautiful place again.
