Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Gothenburg city. 300-400 meters to Kvibergs park where both Partille cup and Gothia cup play many of their matches. We wish to rent to families and couples. Lounge furniture outside the attic house is included, not the outdoor kitchen and sunbed Non-smoking, no pets. We don't allow parties, and no loud music

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Nice apartment with private entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with a nice view of the valley down to Sävedalen. Private guest WiFi is included as well as TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen's shopping street with various shops and a number of restaurants. At about the same time, you can get to the bus stop for onward travel to Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about SEK 150-300

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
