Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Berkeley Springs

My husband and I spent our first night away after our kiddo was born and it was wonderful! Being able to relax with no agenda (or nap schedules) in such a beautiful place was amazing. The school house was so nice and we loved all of the little school house decor throughout the place. Everything was clean and pristine! The hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind! We spent less than 24 hours here but it was worth it. Hope to be back again! Thank you for letting us stay!

We loved our short stay at Mason’s place!! We needed a peaceful getaway to just relax and it’s exactly what we needed. The hot tub was amazing, and we hiked all around the property and campgrounds! Had so much fun connecting with nature and relaxing. Also loved how many amenities, spices, oils, pots and pans, etc in the kitchen!!

We stayed for a lady’s weekend and had a great time. Beautiful home and loved Berkeley Springs, this was our first time and will definitely not be our last! Thank you Claudia.

Our family loved our stay at Ken's place. The house was extremely clean, the listing gave us a great feeling going into the rental, and we were not disappointed upon arrival. The property and scenery were fantastic. Our kids loved going out onto trails, creek, hot tub, local lake, and feeding the animals. We all wish we booked a longer stay and we will be back in the near future.

We had an enjoyable family trip. We especially enjoyed the game space. The house was very clean and well stocked with the little things easily missed when packing. They answered my questions quickly and were very accommodating. I would go again and recommend to me friends. It is important to note their suggestion to arrive in a truck or SUV as the gravel road up the mountain could be challenging in a smaller vehicle. But is definitely worth the drive. Very peaceful, a place to get away and relax. Restful. Grounds are well cared for.

I’ve been travelling to this area for years for cycling, but this was the first time I’ve stayed at Catharine’s place. The house is exactly as pictured, but the peacefulness out back was more than I expected. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything I could’ve asked for. I’ve actually never experienced an Airbnb that was as well stocked for guests than Catharine’s place. Rine’s Country Getaway worked out absolutely perfectly for our plans. Looking forward to returning next year.

Clean, peaceful, private, relaxing, all the amenities - perfect for a nice, quick getaway away from the busyness of city life. Highly recommended!

Our second stay here. Just as good as the first. We met our family most every day (15 minutes away) and got to participate in their many activities, and yet have a quiet, clean, large space to retreat to. They were so flexible that we felt like family !

Super grateful for Zeb! This cozy little studio was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and the missus. Parking was easy and made unloading luggage a breeze. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location couldn’t have been better … right in the heart of historic Shepherdstown. Highly recommend!

A great and comfortable stay. The place was spotless and had charm. Nicely decorated; appliances were new and clean, and two coffee makers (a Keurig style and regular) were in the kitchen. Tableware was clean and new. Modern television with WiFi and streaming. Air conditioner units in windows and ceiling fans kept the place cool. Plenty of places to sleep and foldable cot with mattress was included. Plenty of clean towels and linens. Close to a grocery store and downtown Cumberland. Neighborhood relatively quiet. We took advantage of the street parking due to the large size of our car. There was plenty of street parking available. The video game was entertaining. Would go there again!

The hosts were so kind and accommodating. This house was great and a hidden gem! Will definitely be staying here again.

Small but very nice! Very easy to check in. Great location to walk to town. You can hear other guests in the downstairs, and the AC is a little noisy. These didn’t bother me any, but my fiancé, who is a light sleeper, found it difficult to stay asleep through the night. Personally, I would absolutely stay here again.

This cabin was exactly like the pictures and as described! We forgot that chickens are mentioned in the listing until we arrived and saw them, they were very cute. Kitchen is pretty stocked with whatever you need to have simple meals but there is no oven/stovetop so definitely plan ahead, but Trent provides some appliances like a toaster oven, waffle maker, and coffee maker. Overall we had a great stay!

We have stayed at Lesley’s properties before, and they never fail to impress! This was the perfect place to take our relaxing getaway. We did not explore Martinsburg too much, but instead used it as a midway point between Berkeley Springs and Harper’s Ferry. The bed was super cozy, I enjoyed playing the piano, and the tub is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again ☺️

Tammie’s place was lovely! My husband and I stayed there as our halfway point for our drive from Georgia to Maine, with a giant U-Haul (truck and trailer!) with us. Tammie was very accommodating with letting us park the truck on her property, and even met us to help us park it on the day we arrived. The view is stunning & the horses were also so pretty to see! Thanks for everything, Tammie!

I loved the character and feel of our stay! Wonderful natural lighting and plenty of space. Although the music downstairs lasted a bit longer than expected, it did not diminish in any way the quality of our stay and I would happily stay here again!

We found the space on Race to be just what we needed for the motivation to get up and go to our daily bluegrass festival at the fairgrounds. If you needed something last minute, the Dollar Tree was a quick walk down the hill. The kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and eating routines. The couches were comfortable and the WiFi worked fine. All in all, this was a good location to suit our needs.

We loved staying in this condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Will definitely be recommending this place to others.

I think this is the best slope side ski condo at Whitetail. The slopes are right outside the door and the place is cute, clean, and comfortable. We will be going back!

Valerie was the perfect host as we biked thru town on the Great Allegheny Passage trail. She too is a biker and understood our needs including a hose, brushes and towels to clean our dirty bikes. What impressed me most was her great communication and customer delight skills. Very thoughtful and caring! Perfect stay for couples or singles. This apartment is less than 1 mile from GAP trail mile “0” with close proximity to great restaurants, bars and entertainment. You can ride the trail to downtown to and from from the apartment using mostly the GAP trail.

Perfect location to walk to the slopes! Had everything we needed.

Immaculate!! This is the cleanest AirBnB I've stayed in. Fully stocked with extra linens and pillows, snacks (what?!), every utensil and kitchen item you'll need, too many pluses to list. The back yard looks like a private forest, the house is so quiet and cozy, and close to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. You'll love staying here :)
