Farmstay holiday rentals in Berks County

This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back for a third and hopefully fourth time! John’s place is peaceful and the amenities make it feel like a true vacation. John is super responsive if you need anything.

We had a fantastic stay during our volleyball tournament weekend! The hosts were incredibly attentive and flexible, especially with our group’s changing size and needs. The home was perfect for a large group—plenty of space to eat and relax, multiple showers to accommodate everyone, and a huge pool that was a hit with the team. Comfortable, spacious, and welcoming—highly recommend!

What wonderful, kind, and welcoming hosts! We felt like we'd gone to stay with a long-lost and happily-found aunt and uncle. Meals were delicious, with many ingredients straight from their lovely homestead-style farm. My partner and I kept turning to each other throughout our visit and saying, "How did we find this place?" We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone passing through.

Beautiful sustainable farm! Our kids loved interacting with the animals and picking and eating the fresh fruits and vegetables from their varied farm. Nancy and Richard were wonderful hosts and gave a wealth of farming knowledge and experience. We definitely got a lot more than we anticipated! We all had a lovely stay and hope to visit again!

We had such a nice time in the Mimms farmhouse. It was unfortunate that it rained all weekend because we weren’t able to use the swimming pool or roast marshmallows but it was still peaceful and enjoyable. Marcia was very friendly and great with my youngest son when she allowed him to see the animals. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with farm animals.

Top notch experience! Nancy and Richard were wonderful hosts. They were welcoming and made me feel at home! Nancy’s breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning! The area felt safe and was easily accessible. I enjoyed meeting the animals on the farm. The surroundings were beautiful!

This adorable revamped barn was the perfect weekend get away. My friends and I celebrated my 30th Birthday and this was the perfect setting. We woke up to the sun shining in the house and we enjoyed our coffee over the most beautiful picturesque backyard. The trees still had a few colorful leaves left on them and the horses grazed the field. We don’t have a single negative thing to say about this home.

Beautiful, clean place. We come every year. The house and property is stunning. The hosts have always gone above and beyond. We will be back next year!!!

Sarah was a phenomenal host! She provided all the information we needed before check in, and was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. If we had a quest she answered immediately. The house itself was absolutely stunning and super cost, our wedding party and us felt so at home and comfy, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we stay there again sometime soon!

We enjoyed our stay here. Our dogs had fun running around, my baby got to pet a lamb, we had plenty of space. Betsy also very kindly had a fruit basket and dog treats waiting for us. She was very responsive the few times we did message.

Spent a weekend here for a mountain biking getaway. The property is literally on the trail (maybe a few hundred feet away). Ted and everyone on the property were extremely welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wow I don’t know how to describe this but my family and I had a wonderful weekend, it was a beautiful and totally unexpected experience (cooking on the fire , making things like the old times and also feeling relax even in a middle of a unexpected storm , but this made us to realize how much we need it , made us more close to each other cause we worked as a team but at the same time we thank god for this amazing opportunity cause after that trip I feel like me and my family became more stronger and grateful , The nature with the rain was amazing, Getting to know people like Nate and Michelle make me realize that excellent people still out there , I never felt so safe with the way they’re taking care of us. Specially in the middle of the night , everything we needed or asked for they took very good care , they supplied us with a couple of things that we need out of cost, they don’t care about the money, their main priority was our safety and that we were having a good time. Thanks☺️

Every now and then you land at an AirBnb that deserves EXTRA compliments! This is one of those. We arrived at Kim and Matt's beautiful cottage after spending a full day exploring the adorable borough of Lititz. I actually gasped when I walked inside! The design, lighting, decor, cleanliness, coziness and comfort of this place is right out of a magazine. The screened-in porch has a lovely swing that overlooks the gorgeous, maintained property filled with flowers, singing Carolina Wrens and even a hammock. We appreciated the binder of things to do and favorite places to eat/drink/explore. We followed many of the dining recommendations and were so pleased! The cottage has everything you need like coffee, snacks and cold bottled water. My husband needed to iron a shirt and in this tiny house there was a board and iron neatly tucked away. Did I mention the horses grazing next door? Gorgeous. We really enjoyed meeting the hosts Kim and Matt, too. We will definitely be back. :)

Great place to stay! Comfortable, clean and great location in Lititz. Serene creek behind the property and comfortable chairs and couches make for a very relaxing getaway. Beautiful finishes and decorations. Thanks for a great stay!

Our 2nd stay with Lucinda’s Amish view. This place is exactly what everyone needs at least one week a year in their lives it is peaceful and mentally good for the soul. The view is breathtaking. You are within a half hour of all the small amish communities to visit. We spent our time in lititz and downtown Lancaster plus our regular stops. We did enjoy our ice cream trip to Fox Meadow Creamery and enjoyed Lancaster brewing company enough that we ate there twice. Hope this BNB is available again for our return to the area in about a year.

Our stay was perfect. The place was beautiful and clean, and had comfortable beds and other amenities.

Staying in this home was as cozy as being in your own home. Every detail to the home was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos. The home was extremely clean and most of all the hosts Katrina and Tamar were the best hosts we have ever had. They are so warm and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. We can’t wait to make it back to the barn.

This BNB is in an idyllic setting with towering trees, multiple birds, and visiting geese and deer. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each day and taking it all in. The accommodations are quite lovely and more than adequate. The kitchen had all we needed. The beds were comfortable. The wall-to-wall carpet upstairs was so cushy on my bare feet, but too slippery for doing yoga. If you have mobility issues, it may be a bit challenging. My husband has Parkinson's Disease, so the flight upstairs was too steep for going down for him so he slept downstairs and was able to manage the four steps from that room to get to the downstairs full bath. I did need to assist him in getting into the tub shower there, as he needs grab bars. He did like it, but as his disease progresses . . . Kelly was super and we were pleased with our peaceful stay.

Such a charming place! Really enjoyed walking around the property, seeing a variety of birds, and sleeping in our lovely country cottage. Our hosts were kind enough to bake delicious blueberry muffins in the morning that we greatly enjoyed.

Amazing hosts! The home was spotless, endless towels and necessities were supplied. Susan was lovely and easy to communicate with. We had an amazing women's retreat!

My friend and I were travelling (with our 16/17 year old daughters) to the Hershey area for a Lacrosse tournament. From start to finish this is the best rental experience I have had. Before we arrived Sandra made us feel welcome and made sure our check-in went smoothly. Upon arrival she gave us a quick tour and answered our questions. We were excited to stay based on the photos, but it was so much nicer than expected. All 4 of us absolutely loved the location, the space, and the surroundings. We were there during a massive heatwave but sitting by the pond in the shade to read or take pictures there was a slight breeze that was perfect and so peaceful. The space is newly renovated and the fixtures, appliances, sinks/faucets, were far above average. If you are lucky enough to book here, take the time to get the Whoopie Pies and use her notebook for restaurant suggestions. Bullfrog Pond is a hidden gem and we all loved it. The sound of the bullfrogs in the evening was truly magical.

Will definitely be coming back to stay here. Very comfortable living spaces. Clean and spacious. Animals add a little country charm. Host is very responsive to questions. Easy check in and check out. Felt right at home

Loved it. They even went out the way and put out Valentines decorations & had snacks. very very cozy & just all around perfect. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay guys. i hope we can come back again!
