Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Liebe Gäste, unsere Finnhütte liegt ruhig im Südosten Berlins. Mit dem Auto sind es ca 23 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe finden Sie einige Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Netto die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nur 100 Meter entfernt sind 2 Bushaltestellen mit drei Linien, eine davon fährt direkt zum Flughafen BER.
