Well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin lies our small guest house. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short break in the countryside or for day trips to the city. On 30m² there is enough space for up to four people and with the well-equipped kitchen, private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have enjoyed living on the water and it has always been our desire to bring this lifestyle closer to others. This thought came up with the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry ship Bj. 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and take a break from everyday life.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und 26 qm klein, hat aber alles zu bieten, was man von einem entspannten Aufenthalt erwartet. Vom WLAN, über TV bis zur Kaffeemaschine ist alles da. Man kann direkt vor dem Grundstück parken und auch das Fahrrad kann abgestellt werden.
