Whether large or small, young or old - our holiday home on 2 floors with balcony, terrace, large garden, barbecue area and pool can accommodate 8 people, a maximum of 10 people with pull-out sofa bed. The 1st floor includes WZ, kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC, 1 SZ with height-adjustable bed for the older generation. On the 2nd floor there are 3 double bedrooms (1st double bedroom + single bed, 2nd double bedroom with sofa bed, 3rd double bedroom with 2 single beds) and 1 large bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub.

Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Modern cottage with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Outskirts of Berlin. One Bedroom 2 beds , living room 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. S-Bahn S7 and bus are a 10-minute walk and both take you to the city in 35 minutes.

Relax and relax – in this cozy place to stay. You can relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here in the lovingly landscaped greenery, you will be woken up by birdsong. In the nearby Babelsberger Park you can not only visit the castle, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling or swimming in the beach. You can also bathe in your own pool. Despite the quiet location, you are quickly in Potsdam and Berlin due to a very good connection.

It is made of an open plan living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here it is also directly to the communal poll area. The bathroom is modern tiled and has a floor-level shower.
