Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. You also have access to an indoor pool, sauna & table tennis. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used at a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Apartment with a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful undersea. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two persons. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with a balcony and a partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance. Shopping facilities for everyday needs (supermarket/baker/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that a guest card fee (tourist tax) of €2.80/per night per person from the age of 15 must be paid upon arrival.
