We stayed there for New Year's Eve. The villa is beautifully large and very stylish. The sauna was a highlight and was used a lot. This also went smoothly. The kitchen equipment was okay. Nice that there were even some dishes for children. A bit of a shame there is no washing machine. Especially in winter, a tobogganing and skiing area often gets a little dirty. There would be space. And there's only one shower.

A nice private place to relax, but also to discover Harz. The location is ideal to do everything on foot and by car. Ideal that there is also a charging station for the car. Very welcoming hoasts that are there when you need them, but do not force themselves otherwise (the cottage is in their backyard). The house was exactly as described, and the cleanest(!) I've been to so far. Had a wonderful week!

There had been a hick up with the check in at first, but the host was really responsive and very helpful. It didn’t take long to get into the bungalow. If the website is updated with better check in instructions than this place is all you need to calm your mind 😊

We had a great time in Rieder/Ballenstedt. Michael is a great landlord who instructed us. The house is just great !! Super clean, new very comfortable mattresses, nicely decorated and just very cozy. A beautiful view of the valley, we had great sunsets and mega views of the starry sky. The area invites you to hikes and bike rides. Just below the house, an old railway line has been converted into a bike path. So the tourist tax is well laid out 👍🏻 What didn't work quite so well was the communication with the management company Belvilla. We arrived with several people and dog at different times. Unfortunately, Belvilla was not able to count that apart, despite the email and phone call. Luckily, Michael took care of that for us. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is superbly equipped and located. The hosts were great – they live in the house behind the accommodation, and when there was a short problem with the toilet flush, it turned out that Rainer had even ordered a spare part (which was still in delivery), and the problem could also be bridged. For the upper apartment, you should keep in mind that the bed in the attic is not acoustically or otherwise separated from the room, and is directly above the bedroom, so that you can hear every movement (and light) from the attic bed in the lower bed. It was not a problem for us, as we lived there as a family - just for your information. For this, we very much enjoyed the large, beautiful, bright living and cooking area of the upper apartment, where there is also enough space for 5-6 people to cook, eat, play board games and relax.

We had a really good time.. The place is quiet and the air we add .. The house is beautiful and identical to the pictures.. Karen responsive host.. Baths were lacking soap .. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away in the car .. And I want to draw attention: At check-in, I paid an extra amount ( for tickets ). The official said that we had to pay this because we were vacationing here .. And I received bus tickets from him even though we didn't need them, we came in the car .. already paid for the tickets and we didn't use them. This was the only thing annoying about vacation.
