Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Thyme Cottage-Summer Getaway

Our cottage is located in an idyllic mountain setting surrounded by spectacular & breathtaking views. The 7 acre property boasts a serene pond stocked with koi, carp & gold fish that can be viewed from the wrap-around porch. It is conveniently located within close proximity to numerous options for dining and activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, & antiquing at local shops and flea markets. Thyme Cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or anyone looking for tranquility.

Welcome to Sunny Hill Road ! We are located in a small community of private homes in an open space overlooking the mountains. This one bedroom unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Catskills. Relax on the private deck or inside with amazing views from every window. Our 225 acre farm is predominantly forested, with miles of hiking trails and incredible views. Nestled in the foothills of the Catskills near Albany, we are the last home on a dead end road and have multiple secluded rentals. We are a homestead devoted to the principles of organic farming and self reliance. We grow much of our own food and forge many types of wild mushrooms. You will be sure to enjoy friendly animals around the farm and a private fenced Koi pond.
