The 55 m² apartment on the top floor of the historic and lovingly renovated house offers a living-bedroom with double bed, a living-bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is modern & functional, with fridge, electric stove and various electric kitchen appliances. A dining area completes the furnishings. We have designed & furnished the apartment so comfortably that we feel comfortable in it ourselves. This is our claim for you.

Zum Apartment gehört ein Aussenbereich mit Grill und Feuerschale - mit wunderbarem Blick über die Mecklenburger Wiesen und Wälder. Oft sind Kraniche in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beoachten und zu hören. Am Rande des Naturparkes Sternberger Seenland und nicht weit vom Warnowdurchbruchstal gelegen, gibt es viele Ausflugsziele für Natur-, Kunsthandwerk- und Geschichtsinteressierte.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Die Ferienwohnung Fuchsbau befindet sich auf dem alten Gutshof des Forstgutes Laase mit idyllischem bewaldeten Park, sehr ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Garten (der Rasen ist gerade gesät und ist ab Juni 2024 grün). Die Gutsanlage bietet viel Platz für Naturverliebte sowie Familien mit Kindern. Spielplatz im Park und Ruderboot auf nahegelegenem Badesee inklusive. Reitmöglichkeit, Rad- und Kanutouren in nächster Umgebung.

Our 30 sqm apartment with 20 sqm south-facing terrace is located in an old house from the 17th century. You can spend a good time there with 2 people. There are private bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials of cooking utensils. The apartment is on the second floor and can therefore only be reached via the stairs. We have enough space for parking on our beautiful yard and you are right on the Baltic Sea beach with only a 45-minute drive!

Es ist gedämmt, mit Küche und Heizung ausgestattet und groß genug um dort auch länger Urlaub zu machen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Leute die einen gemütlichen Platz mit Ruhe und Natur suchen. Hier kann man wunderbar runterkommen und alle Hektik hinter sich lassen.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
