Newlands is a real home from home, perfect for families: EXTRA LARGE HOTTUB SKY TV/DISNEY+/NETFLIX SMART TVS NESPRESSO VERTUO MACHINE TOYS/BOOKS We provide some lovely local goodies for our guests, along with a bottle of wine to enjoy on arrival. The house is a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach and restaurant, and Shoalstone outdoor pool. A 10 minute walk will take you into the town with its lovely seafood restaurants and cocktail bars. Berry Head nature reserve is a 10 minute walk.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

The Wheelhouse is set on Quinn Tor and has been lovingly converted into a unique and beautiful barn with tranquil, comfortable and modern interiors. It is a much loved home and we are now happy to welcome guests!

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
