Monthly Rentals in Berrysburg

5/5 recommend. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice. An issue I had was with the host making it effectively impossible for me to extend my stay after he had promised me to extend. So NEVER plan on extending your stay. He also would constantly threaten me with a $250 cleaning fee if I scratched the floor or didn't clean the toilet etc. I recommend just budgeting that money into your stay (even though you probably won't have to pay it) or else the constant threats will get on your nerves. But overall, a pleasant and nice stay, a good choice.

The place felt very clean exactly what the pictures look like. Just know that you walk through the living room through the bedroom to get to the kitchen and bathroom. Which worked out fine because our teenager stayed in the front living room so she was happy. We didn’t have to walk through her room to get to the Kitchen lol.

Super cute building with well maintained gardens and a relaxing pond filled with fish and tadpoles. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch swing. The room was exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of vegetarian friendly restaurants and hiking trails nearby. Important to note the house is right next to a railroad and you will hear the train when it passes by, but that was only a couple times a day. The house contains several apartments so you are rolling the dice a bit depending who stays next to you. I had 3 lovely quiet evenings and 1 with a dog left alone to cry for 3+ hours.
