The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. The holiday home “Dorfperle” was newly built in 2023 and stylishly furnished especially for you as holiday guests. This great accommodation offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

The apartment is designed for occupancy of up to 5 guests and is fully equipped. The house has a small garden area. Parking spaces are provided. There is a playground a short distance away. There is another apartment (FW Viola) in the house. The landlords live about 50 m away.

You'll have a great time at this ground-floor place to stay if you enjoy hiking or cycling and are looking for beautiful scenery or leisure activities on the water. Hiking or biking trails start practically < 100 m from the apartment. The Bostalsee is also only 10 km away. Our modern leather bed with a new firm mattress is a low double bed of 140 cm and so more suitable for 1-2 young flexible people.
