A recently renewed building in the garden of our house, accessible with a direct bus from Lille center. An original 40 m² industrial loft, combining Northern bricks and modernity, very quiet, its access to the garden allows to smoke outside. We are solidarity hosts of the #HostForGood network. The benefit of your reservation finances a local NPO for the homeless. The price is for 1/2 persons who use only one double bed. One person more so 3 persons and/or one bed more costs 15€ more.

Isolated on the edge of the marshes, come and recharge your batteries by enjoying your favorite novel in front of our bay window or simply by putting on your pair of boots to explore the countryside. Designed and built by its host, with 95% eco-friendly materials, the cabin has all the comforts you need in summer and winter to have a pleasant time, for an evening or a weekend.

We welcome you to our 2 guest rooms, located in a real green setting, near the Phalempin forest. Easy access to large cities while being quiet. The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.
