Family-friendly holiday rentals in Berthoud

This delightful cabin was just magical! It was the perfect location, we were able to walk to “downtown Estes”, walk to get coffee in the morning with the pups, the pups love this huge backyard, it was just a perfect and beautiful day! Saw lots of wildlife, had a ton of fun! And Oakley couldn’t be faster and more efficient with my questions! Do not hesitate to rent this cabin! I have stayed in Estes many times and this to me was my favorite, there’s something so nice about having a larger cabin than a smaller one! And being able to soak in the hot tub in the morning in the evenings was just divine! And a fun kitchen to cook in! Thank you!!

Larry and Tassi were great hosts. Everything was wonderful. The location was incredible and the views were beautiful. The visits from Aston were wonderful. We would love to come back!

A cute space with everything one needs for a relaxing get away! Hot tub was fabulous and watching the birds, squirrels and other animals around the place was so fun!

This cabin exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by an impeccably clean space, thoughtfully stocked with numerous amenities including a full set of dishes, an iron, makeup wipes, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The view was truly exceptional—we were delighted to wake up each morning to elk grazing just outside, along with sightings of other wildlife. The setting was remarkably peaceful, free from the noise of traffic or loud music. Its proximity to the Stanley Hotel and downtown ensured easy access to dining options and local attractions. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience.

This was such a great place to stay! We loved the peacefulness and the beautiful scenery! The many car rides to and from different towns were unbearable - absolutely breathtaking views!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is a very beautiful and welcoming home in great surroundings. It has been a fantastic stay for our family’s little ones to grandparents both times. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub with a view is a nice touch. They even let me borrow a book that I was unable to finish during my stay that I will be mailing back shortly! Thank you again, great place and we hope to stay again soon.

Staying in Meredith’s guest suite was a great experience. The accommodations were comfortable and in a great location. She had the most lace stocked with coffees, teas, and treats which made it feel like home. She was very helpful with recommendations and her dog Potato was very welcoming! Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever back in Boulder.

Anne’s place is a perfect secluded get away! Close enough to Boulder if you want to enjoy the city, but also tucked away in the mountains where you can escape everything. The house is old, and reminded me of my grandmother’s farm house, which is part of its charm and is partly why we chose to stay here. It’s a step back in time (still has internet though). The town of Gold Hill (a few extra miles up the road) is worth the trip. Talk about an even bigger step back in time (Google it)! All in all, we had a really great experience (there’s even an old rotary phone that confused the mess out of my 16 year old daughter), and Anne was a great host.

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

There are two types of Airbnb places--the anonymous, investment property or the family home with everything you need (and more.) Carolyn's home was the later--all the way down to the picture of an American soldier in Paris in 1918. The place was exactly what we wanted for a girl's weekend away. We sat out on lawn chairs watching the sun set over the mountains. The road behind the house is noisy but not enough to disturb our sleep and the garden is beautiful. Speaking of sleep, my friend wanted me to emphasis how nice the beds were--cozy. They left eggs and bread and other items in the kitchen. They offered everything you needed--look for the induction burners in the hidden drawer above the pots and pans. We seemed to be 6 minutes from Old Town and everywhere else we wanted to go but we felt like we were out in the country.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good yard for the our little yorkie. Great location - close to a park, Poudre Trail and downtown. There were quite a few stairs but they were healthy exercise. The whole experience was positive. We would stay here again.

This apartment was central to all the activities we planned. Several good restaurants within 4 blocks. The bedroom was quiet, black out curtains ensured it was dark for sleeping, bed very comfortable. Kitchen had basics which served our breakfast and lunch needs. We are dinner out all nights. Will definitely stay again when we are back

The location was an extremely short drive to the National park, had an amazing view and had wildlife up close & nearby.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Great location! Stayed here with 2 couples (total). The place had everything you'd need to cook all your meals (which we did) and 2 bathrooms! Location was perfecttt-- close to so much hiking and restaurants and breweries and a short 30-40 min drive to Denver if you're interested. Would definitely recommend-- plus the vibes/decor were 100!

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

We did a quick girls weekend to Estes Park for my dog's 5th birthday before she starts cancer treatments. Three of us and two dogs (one a service dog) stayed and loved it. Check-in was seamless, and they thoughtfully left lights on since we arrived after dark. The location was perfect—close to hiking and restaurants. The private hot tub was a highlight, and the staff (including the friendly hot tub tech) were great. We also appreciated the option to swap out towels. A few soft suggestions: larger mugs, blackout curtains or shades in the bedrooms, and a mirror in the second bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return or recommend to others.

These cabins are about as close to Rocky Mountain park as can be, yet are still close to restaurants, coffee shops and Estes Park. The staff are friendly, and we definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended for a cosy cabin stay!
