In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Das Haus selbst ist grundsaniert, hat neue Badezimmer, davon eins behindertengerecht und viel Platz. Die Wohnküche + Wohnzimmer bietet allen Platz zu gemütlichem Austausch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien + Kindern/Babies, Gruppen, mehrere Generationen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere).

You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.
