Apartment 119 m²: 3 bedrooms Children's room: Accommodates up to 7 children. The top beds of the 2 bunk beds are designed for children only. The remaining beds of the two bunk beds could also be used by up to 5 adults.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

Das im Jahr 2022 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Sunshine lädt im Apartment Spirit of Deer zur Entspannung und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau ein. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
