This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The most garden house complex, plus the surrounding forest could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

Very bright 100m2 apartment 150m from the pond and 50m from Parc de la Draga. Renovated and with parking for rude car. Just a five minute walk to downtown Banyoles in a particularly quiet area -La Vila Olímpica- where to walk and do sports. Very suitable for couples and families of up to 4 people. Balcony-terrace with lots of light, large dining/living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower space, one double bed room, another with two beds and studio.

Beautiful wooden cabin in the mountain at the foot of Sant Julia ,on a beautiful hill with lots of vegetation and views of the Pyrenees, from which you can see Coma negro Canigu and a wide panoramic view of the north part of the GARROTXA. near Sant Jaume de Llierca, it is accessed by a track of 6 km, altitude 500m ,it is a great area for all types of excursions ,there is a rio cerquita with crystalline pools and in an hour you can sunbathe on the beach ,Costa Brava.
