The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. The view from the attic apartment is special and amazes even locals. This is the place to switch off and look dreamily into the distance and at the Elbe. Often the birds of prey circle at eye level and the starry sky sparkles like a crystal palace. In the morning, you can have your breakfast at sunrise and in the evening you can have lively conversations at the window with a view of the Elbe over a glass of wine or beer. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Forget everyday life in this quiet space in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve. The half-timbered house is located on our 6,500 sqm property on the outskirts of Sumte. It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Feel free to use our garden, make a fire pit, admire the sunset from the terrace or make yourself comfortable inside on 100 square meters. We have plenty of tips ready for you to discover here.

Apartment in the Schlossbergvilla

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Shopping within walking distance (5-8 min). Doctors and pharmacy in town. Apartment is equipped with insect protection windows. On request, the apartment can also be booked for one night. Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
