Montfolles, rural enjoyment of the Limousin

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

The Belvédère des Cotilles

Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. Artists, fishermen, hikers, lovers of history and old stones, we would love to welcome you to our beautiful region of Limousin.

Relax in a high-end 5-seater hot tub facing a giant screen and enjoy a movie while comfortably immersed in the water. La Suite 1925 also offers a Retro Chic bar decorated with vintage objects from the early 20th century and a terrace with a panoramic view of the natural surroundings. In summer, the SPA transforms into an INDOOR POOL heated to 33°C, an ideal space to enjoy the water while protected from the sun and intense heat.

The Waterside House

Stone house, change of scenery and calm for a return to the basics in the heart of nature. No wifi, in order to promote a real disconnection. A game room that can be used as a 6th bedroom. A barn provides access to a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, ... Located less than 10 minutes by car from Lake Saint-Pardoux, where there are all kinds of water activities, sports and entertainment all summer, and 30 minutes from Limoges.

Country House

You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a quiet stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, sofa bed downstairs ideal for children and an open mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room with terrace access. We don't have air conditioning. We are close to an agricultural operation.
