We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Apartments by Hilltop! The location was super convenient—right near In-N-Out, Target, a gas station, and just a few minutes from the freeway. It’s close enough to San Francisco for day trips, but honestly a better spot if you're looking to explore more of the East Bay and North Bay. The apartment had everything we needed—clean towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were all provided. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our stay. Having a designated parking spot made things even easier. The hosts were great—super responsive and helpful the whole time. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Due to a death in our family, we had to cut our trip short. Giulia was helpful and accommodating when we had to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lisa was great at communicating with me and answered all my questions. The location was peaceful and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. There was everything that I needed for a nice, relaxing weekend. The area was very close to restaurants and grocery stores, which was very convenient! Overall had I had a great stay and enjoyed the location. It’s a great place to be when visiting the Bay Area.

Gloria was an excellent host, she responded quickly to the questions I had. the house was super clean an my wife an sister loved how she has decorated it the only draw back was no kitchen table or TV trays to eat on. we were a little spoiled last year with the middle level having the table an grill right there for BBQing same as last year we loved the dock an having are boat right there in the water.

Our stay in this premium apartment with three young children was truly memorable. A dedicated parking space was a significant plus in Oakland. Beyond that convenience, the apartment felt like a resort, boasting a full suite of amenities including a pool and game room. The interior was equally impressive, offering a soothing ambiance thanks to the surrounding trees. The unique duplex layout, featuring a double-height living room and bedroom, was a highlight(truly unique to me). To top it off, the loft's piano brought unexpected excitement to our kids.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Fernando is just a kind and polite person. I recommend everyone to stay here . I was so much worried about my daughter and Indian cooking but he is very flexible and accommodative that we feel like home. He is fond of antics and have a lot of collection of them along with lamps so little bit seems like lot of stuff . He kept linens, kitchen and bathroom clean. I will surely stay with him again.

Gabrielle’s place was exactly what I needed for a peaceful get away from the city. It looked exactly as it did in pictures but so much more beautiful up close and personal. The personalized touches and friendly reminders were so well thought out and complimentary to my stay. Gabrielle was friendly and helpful; always responding with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this place for a wonderfully quaint and peaceful getaway.

Mini-family reunion, with parts of four families staying under one roof. There were activities to keep kids and adults entertained and busy the entire week, from the paddle boards and boats to billiards and video games. Lots of room downstairs for everyone to gather. Would definitely use the house again for a similar gathering!

This house was perfect for Memorial Day Weekend. Lots of space, a huge deck, and lots of sleeping space. The open floor plan was so nice! We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

House was very clean, great views from the porch, great neighborhood convenient to restaurants. Shanshan was very responsive. We were very pleased with the house!!

We had a friends gathering here over the past weekend, and everyone loved it! The property was nice and clean just like the photos, and the neighbor and surroundings were beautiful and quite. Brianna and Robert were very responsive and welcoming. Extra foldable beds, a BBQ grill and tools, a pool table, paddle boards and kayaks, and a golf cart were available, which was a big plus for our group. We also did the pontoon boat rental, and it was an amazing experience too; Joe (the owner of the boat) came to train us how to operate the boat on our first day. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for a weekend getaway.
