Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. An historic 1750 farmhouse on a quiet, beautiful 120 acre property. Huge rooms with wide plank original flooring, 6 bedrooms, large family room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, and formal living room. The property includes a pond which you're welcome to skate on in the winter, and a horse barn and pastures. In the summer you'll have access to our in-ground pool. We welcome your pets! Come ski Jiminy Peak, only a 25-minute drive from this airbnb! The house sleeps 11 people comfortably.

Welcome! Our 4 bedroom 2 bath "cape colonial" style home is approx. 2300 s.f. of living space nestled in a private setting. It is also so close to town you can have the best of both worlds. It's surrounded on three sides by 35 acres of a forever wild nature preserve which is part of the New York State’s “5 Rivers”. You can hike, cross country ski or snow shoe right out the back door or just sit quietly and enjoy your favorite book along side nature.... and only 2 miles from the Albany border.

Magic Forest Farm's Enchanted Cabin

After five years, this work of art is finally complete! This eco friendly building was mostly constructed with materials from our forest. Nearly 200 volunteers had a hand in helping over the years in its construction. It is built with cordwood masonry, round and unique. We are a working 225 acre organic farm and homestead that grows much of our own food. You will love our friendly animals, volunteers and miles of hiking trails. This is a off grid solar powered cabin with an outhouse nearby.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.
