Guilia is an incredible host, contacting me at all appropriate stages from post-booking, pre-arrival and right before I was due to depart. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the listing. I was shown around on arrival, and was allowed the chance to do my own thing or visit their farm. Sadly, I travelled to so many places that I struggled to find the time to do that, so maybe next time. The neighbours are wonderful, friendly and welcoming, too. It was great to have the chance to meet them. The surroundings are stunning, with lots of greenery and a view of the river and mountains. There’s sun in the morning on one balcony, then, in the afternoon you can switch to the balcony in the bedroom. Fantastic options to catch the sun if you wish to stay There are plenty of amenities. I have a restricted diet so cooked for myself in the kitchen. There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets to choose from, too. Overall, I recommend this accommodation. I’ll be back!

We really loved our stay at Ernesto and his wife’s place. They are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed being at the pool, enjoyed the hikes near by and ate wonderful food at the local restaurant just down the street (4 minutes walk). The rooms are very beautiful and has a small kitchenette which was very convenient for us travelling with a baby. It was easy to just make a quick pasta at home when we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The little village has a butcher, a convenient store with fresh bread and a bar with a icecream place. It’s a perfect place to charge your batteries. Note that there is a long staircase coming from the parking lot to the house. Not a problem for us (even with a baby and a million things 😅😁) but could be good to know. They just built a new room in the garden and that way you don’t have to go on the stairs. But the main house is so worth climbing those stairs 😍 everything is newly renovated, clean and just perfect! We even got to do some laundry.

We had an amazing stay at Chiara’s place The apartment was spacious, beautiful and spotless. There was so much room to move around, the balcony has such a beautiful view. The apartment had everything you need from kitchen to the rooms all well equipped. Chiara’s communication was fantastic always responsive in good time. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Milan.

Spacious apartment in historic villa with swimming pool

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’s. Although we have never met him, we could communicate with Katarina, the concierge or with Carlo’s very elegant and helpful brother. The pool, the park in which the villa is placed were the highlights of this location. The villa is about 200 years old, which gives it a very special flair. The pool is clean and fantastic. The size is great so that we could really enjoy it. We were 7 (5kids) to stay there and very rarely, there were other residents of the castle who also were there at the pool, which was very sympathetic and not a problem in terms of space at all. The only minus is that one needs to go down 2 stories from the flat to the front courtyard, then walk around the castle to the pool area which is in the parc, where the tables to eat outside are also placed. Basically it is missing a terrace to the flat to eat outside without to have to carry everything to the parc. 1 of 3 bathroom needs home improving. We had a really nice time here.
