Katelyn’s place was very quiet and convenient. Local restaurants are about 5-10 minutes away. Many great restaurants to choose from. Katelyn was very kind, respectful, and responsive. Overall, the place was very nice and welcoming.

This was a new condo on Airbnb when I booked it. The description is very accurate. You are able to get into the river from the private condo access. We rented tubes from the company Kim suggested and they were on the porch when we arrived. We were able to drive to Prince Solms Park and take our tubes. We floated down to the last public exit of the river and walk back to the park from there. We carried our tubes and never needed to use an outfitter company. We did this 2 days in a row and had a great time. I walked the .6 mile walk back the car from the condo one day also. My kids are teen and pre-teen and had a great time and could carry their tubes walking. The condo had games we could use and a good kitchen. Overall, we were very happy with our 3 night stay.

We were able to check in earlier then the set time which helped and the home was very inviting walking in and staying there. Was like being home but a different and peaceful environment. We would love to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. Thank you again Mary for the amazing experience we had while staying there. Loved every day of it

This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at in a long time. I have had several horror stories when it comes to cleanliness and this place was immaculate! So clean and beautifully decorated. The area is gared and so quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and helpful. We left an item behind and he made it easy to arrange a pickup. We greatly appreciate that!

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.

We grew up in NB and can confirm that you literally can’t get a better location than this. This home is only a few minutes walk from pretty much everything… the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, downtown NB, Landa Park, and amazing restaurants. The home is cozy, private and the layout is fantastic. Our kids loved staying here and affectionately called it “the big house”. Cathy was a fabulous host. She was incredibly responsive and provided all of the information we needed and more. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the future!

Perfect spot for a relaxing get away but close to area fun spots. It was perfect for two couples and very clean! It had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We also loved watching the deer that came up each morning and evening.

Location Location Location. This home is perfectly situated with lots of walkable things to do. You have Schlitterbahn across the street (recommend renting a cabana), the Comal River on the backside (there are 4 tubes in the hall closet, just need a pump), and ice cream within 2 blocks. The house is stocked with the necessities and the hall closet has a bunch of items previous renters have left behind! Communication with Tarrah is best using the cell phone number she provides closer to check in. We would definitely rent this condo again when we return to NB.

A great spot to stay while exploring New Braunfels. Close to everything and not too noisy at night. The home had everything we needed and some nice extras like a small toy box for the kiddo to play. The owner left clear directions so things like extra towels and blankets were easy to find. We can't wait to return for another stay.

Great location and loved the private access to the river. Parking was a little tricky but once we got the parking permit we were able to figure it out.

Cool place with private river access and a pool. Good Location to go float the river or go downtown. Host was fast to respond to any questions I had. Would stay here again.

Lovely condo unit! We have stayed at several units at Inverness over the years. This one is one of the rare units with a large porch on the end that overlooks the river. Because of this there is one less bathroom - but this one's bathroom is simply stunning and easily accommodated our family of four- it has clearly been recently updated and updated elegantly. Well worth the trade off! This is the only one we have ever stayed in that had living room furniture that was comfortable for all members of the family!! The patio furniture was top notch as well. Btw- coffee lovers rejoice! You can have drip coffee (basket filters) or keurig.

Had an awesome stay! Joe and Crystal were great—Crystal was super communicative with updates about the river flooding and made sure we had all the info we needed. The place was super clean, easy to find, and the instructions were crystal clear (pun not intended but it works 😂). Definitely a 10/10—would totally stay again! East access to the river, shuttle pick ups, great balcony set up. The round chair was the hit of the trip. Thank you for being wonderful Hosts and we hope to see you next year!
