The location is fantastic! Right on the Riverwalk and close to The Alamo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rob & Julia had great communication the whole time. Check in was super easy. Parking was about a block away but easy to get to. The place was very clean. Overall a fantastic experience and trip!

The Kerry suite at O’Caseys was a great stay. A wonderful ambience and the really thoughtful touches of hospitality were great. Would pick Sandra’s place in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, within walking distance to live music, bars, and restaurants. With how tricky parking can be around New Braunfels, it was a big plus to be able to leave the truck behind and walk to dinner and entertainment. The room looked exactly like the photos and had all the amenities described in the listing. It felt private, peaceful, and tranquil. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the guidebook in the room covered everything we needed to know and more. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We also appreciated the quiet hours and no-partying rules, which helped us get great rest and really enjoy our time there.

Absolute perfect location! The place was roomy and contained all the basics needed for our stay.

I was a little worried about my reservation because of reviews I had read. I did receive a message from the host service a couple days prior to my reservation indicating that only 2 of the 4 days of my stay had been finalized. They indicated if they were unable to finalize the additional 2 days, they would process a refund back to me. Thankfully I received another message the next day indicating all 4 days were finalized and they were giving me an upgrade. As I had seen suggested in other reviews, I did contact the hotel directly to confirm my reservation. I felt much better once I knew it was legit. The hotel is really nice and the room was great! I ended up getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a living room. The hotel is actually a time share property so if you stop by the concierge as suggested, be prepared to hear about the membership options. Overall the room and hotel was really nice. I would definitely recommend, but understand the host is more like a property management company that works with multiple properties. All in all, it worked out for me and I was more than pleased with the outcome.

Ramiro was always responsive and proactive with communication! The instructions were very clear. Everything was very clean and felt welcoming. Ramiro was a fantastic host! I highly recommend!

Very nice room, we realized after we unpacked and put groceries in the refrigerator it wasn't working properly. We were able to move to a different/identical room immediately. Wonderful and prompt customer service.

The stay was very comfortable! We loved that it is right next to the river and the River Walk was completely accessible!

The resort itself offers many things to do for families. we enjoyed how quiet it was and very well kept. Everything is within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool being up on the sixth floor and being able to see the city. definitely plan to make a trip back.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was just as described. It is located on the Riverwalk but on the quieter/less active side or end. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The people working at the resort were so friendly and accommodating as well. We would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Perfect location on the river walk. Comfortable beds, a little loud due to clubs nearby, but very clean and convenient

Alicia and Alison were fantastic hosts and the apartment was absolutely beautiful! I left with ideas of how to decorate and organize my own place :) The building is very safe and in a great part of town. There are areas of construction but you are able to walk to all the best downtown attractions!!

Absolutely love the styling in Hacienda, the reception area is stunning and the rooms have a great vibe as does the pool and bbq srea I would absolutely stay here again, I'd probably spend a bit more and have one of the rooms further away from the highway and closer to the river, however where we were was perfectly fine & there was even a whole frat party there with us! Can't wait to come back

It’s a beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood. We loved walking along the river, and it is a great location for dog-lovers! Ramiro could not be kinder and more responsive. He really goes out of his way to give 5 star service. Also, that bed…:sooooo comfy!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch. The rooms are very nice and have been updated and renovated which isn’t shown in the pics. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area daily and our teens loved the water volleyball. We wish there were more restaurants on the property but we did get great food on the Riverwalk. Every staff member at the Hyatt was helpful and kind. Sean was great to work with and answered any questions we had!
