Welcome to San Antonio! This modern San Antonio City Mini Farmhouse is located in the Historical Government Hill. This home is 1.5 miles from the Pearl Brewery district and Ft. Sam. The neighborhood is older but is being revived some of the homes nearby need work on them (please ask details if this make you uncomfortable.) The home is 5 miles to downtown. The world famous Alamo, River Walk, AT&T Center, Henry B. Gonzales Center, and the exciting downtown scene, is a little over 2 miles away.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.
