Great stay at Marie-Noëlle's. Super well located apartment to do everything on foot in Sète, well suited for a family. Very good communication and warm welcome. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus. The terrace is really very pleasant. Just be careful 4 floors with no elevator but it's done very well!

Everything was perfect, she allowed us to host family members who were not planned at the start (fire in their campsite) and was very responsive. I would recommend the place.

Our 3-night stay went very well, Gérard welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation is as described, it was clean, the environment is quiet and the private parking space is appreciated.

The kindness of the hosts is matched only by the quality of the service. On the floor of a beautiful winemaker's house, a large apartment that allows everyone to have its own space. The little touches that are big, a dog friendly home, the lovely bathroom... and the coffee on the balcony. Thank you again

A haven of peace, calm and intimate with the birdsong as an alarm clock! The house is beautiful and spacious, tastefully decorated, everything is well thought out. Charming cottage in a unique location: the royal factory! We enjoyed the very warm welcome, the original location, the nice house and its style, the terrace in front of the house. The very pleasant impression of a return to the past!

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for young and old, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool, which is completely separate but still a little cool (due to cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

The accommodation was perfect. I highly recommend it for the welcome and the proximity to Spain. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the pool because our stay was short, but in any case everything was perfect for our small family with a child and a German shepherd.

Everything was flawless, I highly recommend, everything is easily accessible, very clean house, very relaxing place, I will come back!!

The accommodation is rustic, it looks like you're spending a stay at your grandmother's, but for the price, you have to be honest, there's everything and it's really very good. If I come back to the area, I'll gladly go back to Joep's, if he wants me ;-)

We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well arranged. Communication with Florence is perfect, she is a very responsive and very friendly host. Marie Lise who welcomed us was also very friendly despite our many hours of delay, thank you for the kindness of her welcome. No complaints! No complaints, everything was perfect.

Everything was fine except for a badge problem, we did not have access to the parking space. This was a criterion for us when selecting housing.
