Surround with elegance and serenity in this beautiful house combining the charm of the old with modern comforts. It clearly shows immaculate whiteness and subtly coordinated fabrics in a spirit of purity and authenticity. Mona Lisa is an accommodation designed to comfortably accommodate 4 adults, the apartment is however equipped to accommodate 2 other people on a fifth very comfortable convertible bed in the living room . In the event that you wish to use this extra bed, please let us know when booking. You will be charged extra bed linen and bath linen with an additional €25 Schedule of arrivals and departures: As a rule, arrivals in the accommodation are from 16h to 20h, and exits from 8h to 10h. For any arrival or departure before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m., an additional rate is applied: From 20:00 to 22:00 - 50€ From 22:00 to Midnight - 80€ From midnight to 6:00 am - 120€ From 6:00 am to 8:00 am - 80€ A house with a lot of 19th century charm with a beautiful stone facade, arched joinery and a typical slate roof. It is located on Queen Victoria Avenue with the advantage of being set back from there street (so no noise:) ). The house consists as follows: On the ground floor: a living /dining room with open kitchen and extendable table, a bedroom with 140cm bed, a bathroom with toilet, and an outside with a small table and chairs. For 6 travelers, the convertible sofa is planned, of excellent quality (Rochebobois). Upstairs: a spacious room with its 160cm bed, a large bathroom with toilet. Everything is new and of good quality. All the rooms of the house. Our friend Noémie will be at your disposal for any needs or additional information. The neighborhood is a major asset of this house located on a prestigious avenue, halfway to the large beach of Biarritz and the typical center of Saint Charles, both within walking distance. A secure underground parking is offered with the house. The "cleaning" package at 120€ includes the cleaning service as well as the rental of bed linen and bath towels.
