Het appartement is zeer ruim en het is altijd mogelijk om een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw te vinden op de terrassen/balkonnen. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond, het appartement heeft een eigen opgang aan de achterzijde. In de ruime tuin staat nog een gite die verhuurd wordt. Deze heeft eigen terrassen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en vriendelijke verhuurder. Hij is niet teveel aanwezig, maar absoluut zeer bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles wordt zeer goed onderhouden en is schoon. Dichtbij buurtsuper, bakker, slager, restaurants (5 minuten lopen). Zee en haventje (met boot verhuur) op 7 minuten wandelen. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Wir waren zu 6. + ein Kleinkind. Die Villa war einfach zu finden. Die Person die uns vor Ort erwartet hat, hat leider nur kroatisch gesprochen. Aber mit Händen und Füßen konnte man sich trotzdem gut verständigen. Der Check in verlief also ohne Probleme. Die Villa war in einem makellosen Zustand, wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein extra WC. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnzimmer, leider erreicht die kühle Luft die 3 Schlafzimmer nicht. Deshalb war es nachts ziemlich warm. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein reisebett und ein hochstuhl erhalten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dies weiß man jedoch vorher deshalb war es kein Problem für uns. Insgesamt war alles eine 5/5

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

The flat is quite nice, clean and near to the old town, around 10 mins by foot. The host is so nice, adorable, friendly and helpful. She took care of us everyday to make sure everything is okay. Overall this flat is 10 out of 10.

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante nossa estadia de 1 noite. O lugar é limpo, aconchegante e exatamente como nas fotos. A única dificuldade foi em relação ao estacionamento e à entrada, que foram um pouco complicados de localizar e de conseguir vaga. No entanto, isso não atrapalhou a experiência como um todo — gostamos muito do espaço e certamente voltaríamos!

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

Het huisje was echt geweldig. Het huisje was heel erg knus, en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Alle belangrijke dingen waren op loopafstand en alles was goed geregeld. Ik raad dit huisje aan iedereen aan!

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

The best accommodation in Zadar, with incredible views of the old town and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Gordan's service was excellent. I highly recommend this great accommodation. We will definitely be back!

Die Unterkunft war TOP. Ein richtig gelungenger Kurzurlaub mit Hund. Die Unterkunft ist absolut für Hunde geeignet. Aussicht einfach genial, privater Meerzugang mit Traumhaften klaren Wasser und einem tollen Außengrill. Die Terasse ist wunderschön zum Abendessen oder Kaffee trinken. 2 kleine Mängel: 1. Duschen war leider ab den 2. Tag nur mehr mit kalten Wasser möglich 2. Zufahrt ist schwierig vorallem mit sehr flachen Autos, ist aber mit etwas Geschick machbar. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Verfügbarkeit zum Laden vom EVs.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Martina est très réactive et présente si on a une question. Pour atteindre le vieux Zadar, les plages ou la gare routière, il faut compter 30-35 min de marche. La piscine est bien entretenue et il y a suffisamment de chaises longues pour s’y relaxer. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Thankyou Ana for the stay in your lovely apartment in Bibinje. We cannot recommend this host and place more. Very kind and helpful and the location it literally on the doorstep of the harbour and beach, shops and bars. Very reasonable and easy to get to Zadar by taxi or bus. But there’s also everything you need here. Clean apartment, a good size and a lovely little pool with your own private sitting space. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. A first class host! 👌

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, and the beautiful terrace offered a fantastic view of the harbor. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great for swimming and relaxing. Communication with Goran was reliable and fast – he was always quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommended!

Loistava majoitus ihan meren rannassa. Kiva allas, mistä etenkin lapset pitivät. Majoituksesta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.

Wir wurden von Mirjana und Mladen sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das große Anwesen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – romantisch, ruhig und einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar in die Natur integriert und bietet eine einmalige Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit!
