Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay.

Close to Fiona Stanley, Murdoch hospitals, Cockburn Gateway shops and 20 mins to the CBD.

The Garden House

Positioned at the rear of our home, this cosy self-contained granny flat is located in the suburb of Kardinya. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

Peaceful sleep, can be had in our quiet 'loop street’. Little Fallow is a surprisingly spacious studio. It has a comfortable queen bed & luxury ensuite shower / vanity with separate toilet. Comfy chair to put your feet, quiet ceiling fan (no air conditioning ) & extra blankets if required. Restful outdoor with cooktop, if you feel like cooking. A Taste of Tiny Living : Tiny Studio

This tiny studio has its own covered outdoor table and chairs within a lovely garden area and front door access from the front courtyard. Smart Tv on wall. The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

This newly built stylish self-contained villa is guaranteed to provide you with an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The cull de sac location is perfect for a cosy and quiet “home away from home” and the private patio area is an ideal place for you to have your morning coffee. Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.
