Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bicol

Booked the place for my mother-in-law. She liked the place. She said it was cozy and near tourist spots.

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay. The host was exceptionally generous and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The amenities provided were exactly as described everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable experience. What you see on the Airbnb listing is exactly what you get, if not more. The home was well-stocked with essentials and extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, including food items in the fridge, condiments, complete kitchenware, board games, Netflix access, and a karaoke setup. It felt like a home away from home. The location is also ideal, just a short drive from Bicol International Airport, making it a convenient and peaceful stay in Daraga, Albay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in the future. It truly is a comforting haven far from home.

Great accommodation. This is our second time. Will definitely stay again once we visited Legaspi Pros 1. Great for big family/extended family and Groups 2. Lots of free space. 3. 3rd floor outdoor dining space with mayon volcano views is my favorite 4. Aircon working good. 5. Nice water pressure everywhere 6. Wonderful! A quiet, peaceful, and very clean house. Every need has been thoughtfully considered and designed in detail. I’m happy to have stayed in this home. Drinking water, mosquito and insect repellent devices, candles, napkins, towels, beds, etc. — the host has thought of everything. It’s a very well-designed and detailed home. We had a great time in the garden and I highly recommend it. It’s also very close to local attractions and sights. If you’re staying at this house, be sure to visit Subic Beach. There are also nearby restaurants that deliver to the house. Thank you for everything!

I always prefer Airbnbs over hotels because it feels like a home away from home. Kristine's place is just like that. Complete amenities and my stay was comfortable. Wifi was stable and fast. Room cooled easily with both an electric fan and AC. Kitchen has everything you need (although I didn't cook. Just heated water for noodles/coffee). I do appreciate hosts that provide drinking water. Highly recommended. Will stay again when in Naga.

My recent stay at Toby's Transient was fantastic, exceeding my expectations for a budget-friendly staycation! The space was clean, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during my stay. The caretaker was also amazing - very attentive and made me feel right at home. It's clear that they prioritize customer service. The location was perfect; it was an easy walk to many establishments, which made it convenient to get around. I had no trouble finding the place, and it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. What truly stood out was how homey the place felt. It provided exactly what I needed for my staycation needs. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay with excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay — it truly felt like a home away from home! The kids especially loved the pool, and we all appreciated how warm and welcoming Oswald and the staff were during check-in. Everyone was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. GrabFood delivery is available, which was super convenient when we didn’t feel like cooking. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to escape the city life and just relax. A quick note for fellow travelers from Manila: We didn’t have a car with us, and it seems GrabCar service isn’t available in the area yet. If you need to head out, you’ll have to walk a bit to the highway to catch a ride — but it’s manageable. All in all, a relaxing and refreshing getaway!

Very great to stay if you want to stay near restaurants, mall, and public markets.

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

Had a very comfortable stay at their place. Unit seems relatively new, very nice and clean. The host provided us with complete toiletries and verrry nice bath towels. Location is pretty convenient, with shops nearby and laundry service in the same building. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Had a minor issue upon check-in but we were responded to immediately. The only problem we had was a slight unpleasant smell from under the kitchen sink but overall a great wfh experience for us!

I recently stayed here and I am very happy with my experience. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is clean and well-maintained. The beds and the pillows are comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of touring around Bicol. The location is convenient as it is near the tourist spots so we were able to visit the attractions easily. The view of Mt. Mayon from the window is a huge plus! The hosts are responsive to every inquiry making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Great place. we did a late booking/checking and even so they were able to have the unit ready for us.
