The Romantic Mill

If you like the mountains, away from fashionable resorts and mass tourism, and you prefer hiking or riding on the stages of the Tour de France, this is for you. The water mill, an unusual cottage thanks to its glass floor in the living room, allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. With a floor area of 40 m2 and with its mezzanine, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Here you will not find television, no state-of-the-art technology but the sound of the wind in the trees, the singing of birds, the ringing of the bells of the herds in summer... This shepherd's hut is located in the wild valley of Lesponne, at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and in the international starry sky reserve. Authentic and intimate, it offers an ideal setting to unwind. The hut, rebuilt with traditional techniques, includes a bedroom, open kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and separate toilet. Nature activities, barbecue, games and binoculars. Access via a weather-dependent road.

Located on the grounds of a large house this charming cottage offers a cosy two-bedroom house with an open plan kitchen dining area a small bathroom with shower, and a private garden area with a table and chairs. The cottage has its own parking space and log burner, the cottage has all-new kitchen appliances and we can provide a travel cot and high chair for babies.
