Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. Lake Garda feeling in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings with high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the three Gleichen is unique. Bicycle/hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Parking spaces are available right in front of the apartment free of charge.

If you want to explore the Old Town, with our many sights, then it is only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically at your doorstep.

Lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance in ecologically renovated half-timbered house from 1870. Combined living room & bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, play corner and sofa with sleep function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is the access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
