Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Biesdorf is very conveniently located, you can enjoy the nature and the quiet but is within 15-20 minutes in the city center.

We warmly welcome you to our apartment (two-family house) in Hoppegarten near Berlin, which was furnished in a very modern, stylish, cozy way and with a lot of love and attention to detail. For your relaxing vacation or business stay, 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use. The apartment is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn S 5 as well as REWE and DM. You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

Situated just minutes away from the vibrant Friedrichshain district with its bars clubs and flee-markets, yet surrounded by nature, this is the perfect blend of city living and tranquility. Wake up to the gentle rocking of the waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. With the forest, park, and island nearby, you'll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Welcome to Berlin! Our beautiful 30-year-old house is located in the historic, green district of Berlin-Karlshorst. You will stay quietly on a spacious 75 sqm on the 1st floor. The living area was completely renovated in 2020. Karlshorst has a good infrastructure and is very well connected to public transportation.
