Our 1550 square foot contemporary-rustic home, built in 2007, boasts vaulted ceilings, a rock fireplace, cook’s kitchen with island and bar seating, an open floor plan, ceiling fans in every room, large shade structure, BBQ, fire-pit, fully fenced yard, and more! WALK to the lake at the end of the street where you can access the water with the paddle boards at the property, five min walk to Boulder Bay Beach where you can rent Kayaks, ten min walk to the Marina where you can rent a speed boat, pontoon boat, fishing boat, jet skiis, charter a fishing trip or a water ski trip. Ten min drive to the Village for shops and restaurants, 15 min to bear mountain.
