Mansion holiday rentals in Big Bear Lake

This cabin is very nice and is very reasonably priced. It was very kid friendly with the provided baby gates to keep the little ones off of the stairs and also the outside jungle gym and play room. We were visiting to participate in a Spartan race and this cabin was about a 5 minute drive to the venue. Paul, the host is very responsive and is the instructions and rules are very clear and reasonable. We’ll definitely be staying at this cabin again in the future.

very highly recommend this location- local next to all the stores (vons - stater bros) 5 -8 min drive to the little town , less than 5 min to big bear lake - host responded quick and attentive. my family enjoyed our stay here, everything was very clean and sanitary. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I booked this house for my 40th birthday weekend with friends (and my dog) and it really delivered. We didn’t even get to use all of the amenities but we really did enjoy ourselves in the space. We hot tubbed, cooked, and took in the scenery/surroundings and fell asleep multiple times on that leather couch. The fenced in yard was perfect for my pup. We had a wonderful weekend there. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Perfect spot to be able to relax and get away from the city, quiet, and also a great location to ski/snowboard at Snow Summit. The group was comfortable and Coleen was very thorough and clear with instructions. Quiet and peaceful view. Definitely recommend!

This home is a true gem for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a cozy atmosphere in the heart of nature. The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking—especially from the hot tub on the deck. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day in the fresh air. The interior is beautifully designed: a spacious living room with high ceilings, warm wood paneling, a fireplace, and stylish furniture create an ideal space to relax. The bathroom feels like a private spa—minimalist, elegant, and soothing. One of the biggest highlights was the fully equipped gym with dumbbells, a bench, a punching bag, and even a sauna—an extremely rare find on Airbnb. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home (or even better). If you’re traveling with kids, this place couldn’t be more perfect: safe, spacious, and inspiring. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Everything was perfect. Big house with a big leaving area. The views are breathtaking. Lot of books included, with an specific area to read and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Staying at Michael's felt just like home. There were a few little things that didn't go our way but Michael was on it and very responsive. He's a very kind guy and great host. His neighbor is pretty cool too and gives great advice for anything. My group of 11 felt comfortable and that's all that mattered. His home is very spacious and is dog friendly which we were happy about. All his games are cool, we couldn't figure out a couple but he has a trouble shooting manual and offers help for that, I just personally didnt bother to ask for help. Incase you're looking for the gold mine near his home, his neighbor told me to look up "blue quartz mine" and that it's easier to find. I would love to stay here again for winter time.

My family & fell in love with the cabin. As soon as we walked in, the house had a warmth welcoming. There was plenty of games choices for family & adults. The kitchen is fully stocked, no need to run to a local market. We enjoyed All the amenities the cabin comes with. Loved that we had everything within 5-15 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the hosts for making our trip smooth.

One of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at! Beautiful, private and accommodating home in Big Bear. The bedroom’s layouts , 3 levels and expansive property provided ample space for our families to spend quality time together with a view! The kitchen had ample amenities for the many meals we cooked and enjoyed together. The dining and living spaces made it easy to hang out and relax together while the game room was perfect for the kids! Future airbnbers should know that Big Bear is a mountainous area and despite the home looking like a luxury hotel, there may not be amenities we are all used to in the city. Trash must be taken to an offsite dumpster 10 min away and costs around $15. Toilets operate on a septic tank, sink and shower drainage is not top notch. These are all things the property owners cannot control and come with the territory. Just a heads up so you’re not surprised. However, these minor inconveniences will not stop us from staying here again! Leanne was a great!

Nicole’s listing is just as described. The beds were all super comfortable and the little touches throughout the property made our stay that much more enjoyable! You can tell there was a lot of intention behind each choice and the design was truly peaceful and relaxing. Just what we were looking for on our girl’s trip away from the city noise. Nicole was the perfect host! She even accommodated us when we had to reschedule last minute due to an unexpected cold without any issues or price gouging (a rare find on this app). She’s a gem of a host and a breeze to chat with! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a couple hiccups upon check in, but not a big deal. The place is great and such a calm vibe. It’s one of the best locations in yucca valley and the view in pipes canyon is amazing. Would definitely stay again. 1 note I would make for future guests is to find the house manual in the house. It is different than the house manual you get on the listing and has more useful info in it that you need than the one in the listing.

We absolutely loved our stay with Fieldtrip! The house was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed, and the pool and hot tub were just the cherry on top! Any question we had was answered through the clear instructions in the app or the quick and friendly customer service. Great for large groups, would definitely recommend this place!!

Such a beautiful and peaceful property! I've rented several Airbnb's in the Joshua Tree area and this one has moved to the top of my list! It has all the serenity you would hope for when visiting Joshua Tree but is located an easy drive to shops and restaurants. Alex was super responsive and accommodating. He even offered an early check in which was thoughtful and appreciated. It felt run by someone who actually cares rather than a management company who is just "churning and burning" properties.
