The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

A perfect vacation home for those who want a holiday away from the noise of the city with the sounds of birds and the smells of flowers. You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is for common use. I recommend you to get here by car as the house is far from the city center. Phone and internet reception is not good, not suitable for remote workers.

Lapseki Dalyan beach is a 5-minute drive. Quiet and peaceful in all seasons.

A pleasant holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is a private house blended with art and garden pleasure. This apartment was the workshop of my late father-in-law, Painter Prof. Mustafa Asler's workshop. The apartment also exhibits his works and tools.
