A 4 km des plages et du port de Lesconil, 500m des commerces, studio rénové de 50 m² pour idéalement 2 personnes, famille de 4 personnes possible, à l'arrière d'une belle longère. Séjour avec canapé-lit, TV, WIFI (faible), cuisine américaine très bien équipée, coin nuit séparé par un meuble breton avec lit 160, salle d'eau, WC séparés. Linge de maison et produits de base fournis. Pas d'animaux car le petit jardin devant est non-clôturé.
