300 m from the sea, this renovated farmhouse offers you the calm of its inner courtyard and orchard. The whole property is fully fenced. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-responsible materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
