The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Here on our small farm in Billdal, you live close to nature with both forest and sea, but still close to amenities in Nya Hovås or Gothenburg. On the farm, there are cats, chickens, ducks and bees, and nearby there are deer and the occasional moose. The accommodation has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people, and there is also a 55-inch TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. Extra beds can be arranged on request for a fee.
