Holiday rentals with a patio in Billingham, Wynyard

This was a lovely stay, it was perfect size for 1-2 people on a long term stay, walking distance of Roker Park and the beachfront. It was also convenient walking to Stadium of Light. Easy access to convenient stores, large Tesco and bus stop at the end of street for those not wanting to walk.

Was a beautiful stay for myself and children, stunning views which the children were obsessed with. Entertainment on site, lovely beach too. Always something to do. Great hosts with communication. Very quick to respond and so helpful.

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing! House was so homely and super close to the centre of whitby. Thank you so much we will definitely be back again!

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

Excellent accommodation with an amazing view. The apartment was immaculate and very modern and well presented it had everything we required. The bed was so comfy. It’s a great location to restaurants and it’s such a quiet and peaceful place with great parking. There is also a lift which was handy. Instructions were very good for check in and check out and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

We had a great time here at Sootybabe, It was exactly as pictured with easy entry and access. Clean and comfortable with all that's needed for a place between exploring. Blackhall Colliery had an awesome beach just 10 mins walk away and we enjoyed our time in the Hartlepool area. Durham was picturesque and the cathedral was spectacular and a true architectural marvel. Good food and beach in Sunderland. Could've spent several more days just exploring Newcastle very friendly and lively. Bamburgh Castle was magnificent and is a must visit for all those interested in British history and the Last Kingdom TV Series Exhibition is awesome for anyone who is a fan. Lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated and the house is spotless and comfortable. David is super lovely and really happy to help. Staithes is a very small and quiet place with some beautiful walks along the coast, my dog loved it. Phone reception is non existent in the village so make sure you know the location prior to arriving. There is wifi in the air b&b. Really enjoyed just relaxing and the log burner plus monopoly was such a wholesome vibe.

Lovely stay at the Shed - we've been before and it was just as good if not better second time round

Classy place, sets a high Bar. Expected to have to go shopping for basics but Tim had already provided them, milk, bread, butter, cookies and eggs. Tim's communications were excellent, informed us when the cottage was ready, supplied detailed entry instructions. On first day the weather was cool for June, only 13 degrees so having a cosy cottage was a bonus. Only minor problem we had was with the electric hob, used google to find out how to use it. I did find a folder with instruction in on the last morning under a pile of travel/local info books. Maybe it should have been in a more prominent place. All in all it was a delight, will never forget the race horses walking past in the morning. Would you stay here again? A resounding Yes, thanks Tim.

Steve’s place was quaint yet modern. The furnishings and lights were beautiful. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. The water pressure was amazing and it was close to the restaurants we went to eat at. Would def stay again were we to be in that area.

Irena has a beautiful home in a quiet and peaceful area of Durham. It's just 10 mins from the city centre and perfect option for a family visiting. The house is very clean and confortable. Everything works and instructions are very clear. Irena was an excellent host and very responsive to all requests. Would definitely stay again if visiting again in the future.

A home from home with a lovely view from the living room balcony doors. The setting is so peaceful but so close to the lovely town centre and great to have a parking space with the apartment. Lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience in this penthouse with a sea view. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, and the view is absolutely stunning. The interior is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Ideal for relaxation, peace, and special moments. I would definitely come back!

A fantastic place to stay. Very clean with modern amenities, very comfortable bed. I stayed 28 days and used the apartment as a base for day-trips to places around Darlington. Katie was very responsive and always quick to answer any inquiries, and she gave excellent suggestions/recommendations. The apartment is also close to a grocery store and excellent restaurants as well as near to the train station and public transportation. I would most definitely stay again. I highly recommend this accommodation. It was a fantastic value.

My adult son and I stayed for three nights in Brian’s property . The apartment is immaculate and just as described with high quality fixtures and fittings. Beds, linen and pillows particularly stand out. Plenty to see and do within walking distance, frequent bus service from Whitby to surrounding villages and towns as well as train station within walking distance- if you want a different method of transport. For those driving to Whitby the free parking is a real bonus ( residents permit provided with rental property) . If you get the chance to book this place- take it- highly recommend.

Stayed here with a friend Friday-Monday and will definitely be returning! The location is about a 4 minute walk from the centre and is in a great location about 2 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything and more what we needed! It is in a nice, peaceful area where we felt safe and at home. This place is perfect for couples, families and friends. I have absolutely no criticism it was perfect!

We love visiting Masham and this flat was an excellent find. Just off the main square but tucked away and peaceful. Equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
