The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

The apartment is only 50 m away from the sea and centrally located. The living area is designed with new furniture in a maritime style. A kitchen with high quality equipment offers the possibility of self-catering. Restaurant/ shopping only a few minutes walk away. Wi-Fi free of charge New bathroom. Balcony with furniture. Small but fine - holiday apartment with sun terrac

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air.
