Die Villa ist Motiv in vielen Bildbänden und Rügen-Filmen und ist heute eine der prächtigsten weißen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit an der 3,2 km langen Strandpromenade.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea with our beautiful apartment "Sassnitz" in Binz. The apartment is located in the spa architecture villa Concordia in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large balcony that you can relax in the fresh air, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere when the weather does not play along. A beautiful holiday awaits you.

The well-kept apartment building was newly built in the nineties. Doctor, dentist, baker, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundromat and supermarket are nearby. The historic town centre is just a 10-minute walk away. The train station and the bus stop for destinations on Rügen are only about 250 m away.
