The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Cheap, modern and 50m from the sea - great for 2!

The apartment is only 50 m away from the sea and centrally located. The living area is designed with new furniture in a maritime style. A kitchen with high quality equipment offers the possibility of self-catering. Restaurant/ shopping only a few minutes walk away. Wi-Fi free of charge New bathroom. Balcony with furniture. Free parking about 400m away. Loading and unloading at the house is possible. Care company from location -dort check-in Cheap and very close to the beach are the benefits here. Cleaning €90

Die Villa ist Motiv in vielen Bildbänden und Rügen-Filmen und ist heute eine der prächtigsten weißen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit an der 3,2 km langen Strandpromenade.

Villa Glückspilz right on the beach

Vollausgestattes 1-Raumapartment (34qm) in der Villa Glückspilz für 2 Personen direkt an der Binzer Strandpromenade in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Seebrücke und Einkaufsmeile. Für 2025 habe ich eine Parkkarte auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Ortseingang. Bitte beachtet, dass die Schwedenstraße voraussichtlich bis Ende 2025 modernisiert wird. Die Baumaßnahme hat leider deutlichen Verzug. Die Zugängikeit zur Villa Glückspilz ist gegeben.

Cozy apartment near the beach

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

traumhafte 2-Raumwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Sonnenterrasse, 2 Fernseher, am Kurpark von Binz. Nur wenige Schritte von der Fußgängerzone & Strand entfernt. Ideal für eine Kurzreise oder längeren Aufenthalt. 1-2 Personen (+Baby möglich). + 1 kleiner Hund ist herzlich Willkommen. Mehr Platz nötig - dann bucht meine neues 3-Raum Appartement No. 6 mit 80 qm, ebenfalls in der Villa Chloe.
