It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

Cademario is the ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, from here you can reach several trails for hikers and mountain bikers. From 10/01 to 06/01, the use of the Hot Pot is included in the living room to immerse yourself in hot water in front of a wonderful view.

Brand new 2-room apartment located on the hill of Mondonico. Total relaxation with unpredictable views of the Gulf of Agno. The bathroom has 1 large shower cabin and a bathtub. In the open living room kitchen/living room there is a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a wood stove that warms the room and soul on autumn and winter days. In summer, however, the large terrace is used to the fullest for aperitifs and sun baths.
