Within walking distance are many attractions: the famous Orrido (natural gorge created 15 million years ago), the ferry terminal to reach Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio in a few minutes, and "Viandante" path that runs parallel to "THAT BRANCH OF LAKE COMO" of which Manzoni writes in the Promessi Sposi.

My home is a small nest with an enchanting view of Lake Como. It is very new, totally refurbished in july 2020. Modernly equipped, smart TV, air conditioning, new kitchen and new stuff. It is very closed to Perledo Center, with all the service available: market, postal service, pharmacy, bar restaurant at 400 mt. Private parking available.

Davide was an excellent host, very proactive in communicating and friendly. The place was very clean and comfortable making it easy to settle in. The location is great, very close to all the transport links such as train, boats and buses. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting lake como.

The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Great quiet stay, pool and jacuzzi available in the common garden with the other vacationers. Free parking space and always available. We strongly advise you to come with your own vehicle. The chalet is very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The instructions were very clear when we arrived and everything went really well.

I had a lovely 5 night stay with my husband and daughter. The accommodations are spacious and the back patio was my favorite spot to relax. My daughter loved the pool. The location is fantastic as it’s close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade, ferry, and restaurants. I will definitely make a return trip!

Would 1000% go back again. Getting to the place and check-in instructions were really easy to follow. Place is also walking distance to all the restaurants and Bellano ferry terminal. Kitchen had everything we needed and most of all, the balcony view was just breathtaking!
