Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Gîte Annexe du pont de la Charente

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. You'll particularly appreciate the surrounding greenery and outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of our shared garden, under the trees or on the terrace. Closed garage for bikes

Studio by the River

Studio indépendant au bord de la rivière au cœur du charmant village de Mouthiers sur Boëme à 15min du centre d'Angoulême. Le logement et l'accès sont complètement autonome, terrasse privée et jardin commun. Le studio dispose d'un grand lit de 160cm, un coin cuisine et repas (plaque de cuisson, Airfryer, cafetière dosette Tassimo, micro-onde et grille pain) et une grande tv connectée Les draps et serviettes de toilette sont fournis.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Île de Saintonge – A private island on the Charente

Private island in a Natura 2000 site. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the RN10, you can recharge your batteries during your trip or enjoy the surroundings (Angouleme 20 min, Cognac 25 min and Bordeaux 1 hour) Guests can take advantage of our children's playground (trampoline and swing access) as well as the swimming pool on request.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
